Q01Can I skip, pause, or cancel?
Anytime, in two clicks from your account — it’s t-shirts, not a phone contract. Skip a round, stretch the schedule, or quit: no email, no phone call, no guilt trip. A reminder lands before every shipment, so a delivery never surprises you.
Q02What if the size is wrong?
That’s the First-Pack Fit Promise: if your first pack isn’t your size, we swap it free — no return shipping, no forms. After that, sizes can be changed anytime before a delivery ships.
Q03When do I pay?
Not today. Joining the founding list is free and locks your pricing. You confirm your setup and pay when the first batch opens. Founding members confirm by email before the first pack ships — and before anyone pays.
Q04What do I do with my old tees?
Send them back to us — every delivery includes a prepaid return mailer. Fill it with the tees you’re retiring and drop it in the mail. We sort every return: the wearable ones go to local Austin charities, and the worn-out ones go to textile recycling instead of a landfill. It costs you nothing — the return shipping is on us, and we handle the donations.
Q05How does the sizing run?
The Bella+Canvas 3001 runs true to size with a modern, slightly athletic cut. Between sizes, or prefer a looser fit? Size up. And the first pack is covered by the Fit Promise either way.
Q06Can I get them printed — a logo or design?
On the outside, no — plain is the product. The one custom option is your name printed inside, just above the fabric/tag info (+$4/tee). Broader printing may come later as an add-on; members hear first.
